Week 1: Problem Discovery
From problem to opportunity. Learn the main innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile), how to put the customer at the center, boost creativity, and build a robust Value Proposition.
Week 2: Product-Solution Fit
Prototyping and validating. Understand the Lean Startup mindset, create and validate hypotheses, develop digital products, and design products that meet real needs.
Week 3: Product-Market Fit
Building a viable business. Study the Business Model Canvas, use the Validation Board Canvas, implement Lean Startup in a company, and master Storytelling to convince stakeholders and investors.
