Pre-Requisites

1 / 2

  • Basic understanding of AI

  • Open mind and willingness to solve specific problems

What will you learn?

Week 1: The Landscape: The Present and Near Future of AI Agents
Analyze current applications of AI agents and their evolutionary trajectories. Identify trends via which you can anticipate diversification of AI agent applications and how these will become relevant for your industry specifically. Discuss how you can integrate your local dataset and make personalized choices in developing your stack to create AI agent applications specialized for your context and needs.
Async: Creating first automated content generator in Promptly
Develop an evergreen prompting skillset and integrate it in a multidimensional framework which not only generates content, but also autonomously screens your local dataset for relevant material, extracts insights from large caches of data and actively applies what it learned towards generating a response to a plethora of user queries.
Week 2: The Agent Stack: Tool Use, Memory, Routing, and Beyond
Identify use cases for RAG bots as an element of more versatile AI agent and delve into function calling. Discuss current capacities and best practices for connecting existing AI frameworks with outside legacy tools and data sources. Decompose existing company operations into discrete tasks and integrate clear practice guidelines for identify, developing and implementing automation tools by AI agents.
Async: Hands-on practice implementing function calling and outside workflows
Integrate actions into your AI framework which are triggered under specific pre-determined conditions. Understand how traditional generative functionalities can be extended and empowered by connecting with legacy software.
Week 3: Design Patterns For AI Agent Applications
Weigh the strengths and drawbacks of different design patterns for agents, such as LangGraph vs Crew vs LaVague vs AutoGen. Understand how different designs are optimized for different applications and what decisions you need to make in building our stack to optimally deliver to your end goals. Acquaint yourself with the different roles, tasks and collaborations required to lead the development of industry-scale AI agent tools. Map out the next steps to move from deterministic workflows to autonomous workflows.
Async: Building a workflow with AI agents
Hands-on practice automating real, immediate workflow processes with browser automation tools MultiOn and Zapier Central.

What learners say about this course

  • Great course overall! Going into it I had a basic understanding of the state of AI, and less of an understanding of how agents work - and where they might be going. After the course, I feel like I'm not only equipped to understand the topic in much more depth, but also create some agent-powered tools of my own. I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone wondering (and wanting to prepare for) how these technologies are going to integrate into our lives and work in the near future.

  • This course will be even more helpful if you come with an open mind and come with the mindset to solve a specific problem.

  • As a working artist, I had been intimidated by the role I saw AI taking in creative production. Jeremy and Lev demystified that for me in a way that has empowered me to use these tools to amplify my work. The course was laid out in a clear and approachable way and I was astonished at how much ground we covered in such a short time. Well worth the investment, no matter what industry you're in.
